TERMS & RATES

Rental Rates - valid through February 28, 2006
$7,350 to $14,000 USD per week for up to 10 adults (or 8 adults & 4 children.)
Additional guests: rates quoted depending on total group size.
Minimum Stay; 3 nights; additional nights: $1,050 to $2,000.
Deposit: 30% nonrefundable; Balance: 70% paid 60 days prior to arrival.
A signed rental agreement is required at the time of your deposit.
Form of Rental Payment: bank wire transfer. Credit cards are not accepted.
All adult guests must sign liability waivers upon arrival at villa.
Parent or guardian must sign liability waiver for each child under 18.

VILLA CUISINE & MEAL PLANS

The 3-meal American plan includes a complete Breakfast plus a full course Luncheon and Dinner. Meals are elegantly served family style and menus are carefully planned with our house manager and chef. We do our best to accommodate vegetarian or other special dietary requirements. The cost of the meal plan is based on the number in the party and rates are very reasonable at a fraction of the cost of the major hotels.

Breakfasts include... Your choice of fresh fruit, cereals, eggs dishes, pancakes, bacon, ham, breads, rolls & preserves with coffee, teas and fruit juices or smoothies. Full Course Luncheons and Dinners include... Your choice of appetizer, soup, salads, freshly prepared vegetables and exquisite main dishes using generous portions of freshly caught seafood, beef, poultry & pork.

Deserts include our own freshly made ice creams as well as pastries, cakes and fresh fruits. Coffee, tea and purified bottled water are included with all meals. Liquor, beer, wines, and other beverages are additional and charged at actual supermarket prices.

About our Cuisine... Indonesian cuisine is of course a specialty with us and includes delicious main courses of fish, meat or poultry served with freshly prepared vegetables, savory rice (Nasi Goreng) and noodle dishes (Mei Goreng).

Superb Italian cuisine is also our specialty, with fresh pesto, pasta, home baked breads and carefully prepared main courses based on our own authentic recipes from Italy.

Note: The basic charges for this meal plan are not paid for at the villa. If additional persons are added to the party, the revised total meal plan amount must be prepaid at the time final villa rental payment is made.

PAYMENTS FOR EXPENSES WHILE AT THE VILLA
Beverage bill, masseuse & long distance phone charges, etc., are paid in cash or traveler's checks while at the villa, as arranged with the villa manager. A deposit may be requested by the manager at the time of guest arrival, based on anticipated services.

CHILDREN, CRIBS, TOYS AND BABY-SITTERS
Children are very welcome. Baby-sitting for up to 3 children is included in rental rate. Cribs and toys for children are available at no extra charge.
